Championship Meet
Dear Prospective Vendor,
Track Houston Youth Track Club, a 501(c)(3) organization, would like to invite you to participate in our annual Track Houston Championships Meet. The meet will be held in late May. This two-day event, sanctioned by the USA Track & Field (USATF) national governing body and its local Gulf Association for track and field, attracts over 6,500 athletes and spectators. Vendors are a valuable resource to our track meet and we appreciate your support. All proceeds from the meet will help our club continue to operate at the highest standard and supply our athletes with the financial support necessary to travel to national competitions.
The “Vendor Village” is a small market square located on the facility property where vendors and/or small businesses will be allowed to sell apparel, jewelry, track & field memorabilia and other approved items to patrons at the meet. This village is a great opportunity for vendors in and around the Houston area to target markets that may not otherwise be available for solicitation. Limited rental spaces are available for one or both days.
